PROJECT COMMITMENTS
Three historic structures will be monitored for construction vibration damage. This shall include the two adjacent structures in Milton and one adjacent structure in Madison. If damage occurs as a result of project activities, INDOT and KYTC or their contractors shall be responsible for repair of any resulting vibration damage to historic properties. Any repairs shall be coordinated in advance with the respective SHPO.
